ALL QSL cards are sent the first Wednesday of each month via the buro.

A card is send for each first contact on a new band or mode. I am avoiding sending multiple card(s) for a previous contact on the same band/mode. If I worked you in the past with my previous call sign(s) you will get a QSL card.

If you want to QSL direct, please send me a mail at op4k@telenet.be and mention that you wish to QSL direct with me. Your card will then not be sent via the buro but awaits your QSL direct.

Postage fees (January 2009) are 1,05€ - 2US$ or 1 new IRC (model Beijing No.2 - see sample below) per letter till 50 grams.

Letters received without or not enough postage coverage, the QSL will be send via the buro.

NO E-QSL or LOTW

The new reply coupon, called Nairobi model, will be sold commercially in more than 70 countries from 1st July 2009 and will be exchangeable up to December 2013 in all Union member countries.
